About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Executive to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse MI (internal and external) and track KPIs to identify areas of commercial underperformance and assist commercial managers in developing strategies to address.
  • Assist commercial managers with developing business cases to enable business or operational change to happen.
  • Run commercial projects and lead on initiatives as directed by the commercial manager on time and to budget.
  • Take an active role in budget setting and re-forecast process to ensure targets set are stretching but achievable.
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly and monthly MI.
  • Hybrid opportunity reporting into one of our office locations in Bexhill, London or Leicester once per week.
