Wellbeing Team Lead - Income Generation Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Team Lead - Income Generation to join our team at Restore UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing a team of wellbeing professionals, and driving income growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Generating new business leads and opportunities for income growth.
  • Managing a team of wellbeing professionals to deliver high-quality training experiences.
  • Maintaining high-quality client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of income generation, team management, and training program development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
