Cultivating Wellbeing in the Community

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Practitioner.
As a key member of our Personal Wellbeing service, you will be working closely with adult male ex-offenders across various pathways.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting service users to develop strategies for managing emotions, designing and delivering skills training to foster self-confidence, and advocating for service users in conjunction with multi-agency partners.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment.
You will be based in Oxford and will be required to have a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £25,585.00 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in our organisation.
