**Wellbeing Specialist:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Youth and Family Wellbeing Specialist to join our Response team.
You will work closely with individuals, families, and communities to promote mental health and wellbeing. Your excellent communication skills and understanding of mental health principles will enable you to provide tailored support and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with individuals, families, and communities to promote mental health and wellbeing.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with other agencies to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals in need.
- Ensure risk is continuously assessed and managed to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
- GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Understanding of mental health principles and practices.
- Excellent IT literacy skills.

- An estimated annual salary of £25,000-£30,000 based on experience.
