This exciting opportunity presents itself as a chance to join our Personal Wellbeing service, covering the Thames Valley area. Commissioned by HMPPS, these services are focused on supporting adult male ex-offenders across various pathways.

Main Accountabilities
  • Supporting service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and design skills training to foster self-confidence, knowing how to access appropriate support.
  • Assisting service users to increase capacity for daily living activities and advocating for them in conjunction with multi-agency partners to engage with treatment professionals and services.
Salary and Benefits

As a Transformative Wellbeing Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, with opportunities for growth and development. Our benefits package includes 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service, a pension scheme with matching contributions, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
