Marketo, an Adobe Company, is seeking a talented EMEA Education Sales Business Lead to drive sales performance in the EMEA Education business. This role will involve driving sales strategy, analytics, and programs for the EMEA Education business, working closely with the Global Education Sales Strategy & Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales strategy and operations, with hands-on experience in sales forecasting, SFDC data cleanliness/analysis, sales enablement, deal desk/order administration, and commission plan design/administration. They will be responsible for managing the sales forecasting process, owning data analytics related to sales, tracking and analyzing the sales pipeline funnel, collaborating with the sales deal desk and Order Management team, coordinating the preparation and administration of annual and quarterly sales compensation plans, and developing and implementing efficiency and performance reporting for sales management and individuals.

This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and a highly entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
