**Job Title:** Sales Director EMEA

**About Supermicro:**

As a leading provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions, Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sales Director EMEA to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the sales team in the EMEA region, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying market opportunities to drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance excellence.
  • Align sales team objectives with the business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning and sales strategy development.
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer, server, or hardware industry.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management related is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work with and manage people from different functions and cultures.
