Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced VP, Sales to lead our EMEA sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identify market opportunities, and lead sales and business development initiatives in EMEA. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the EMEA sales team to achieve revenue growth and develop sustainable sales strategies • Directly manage a team of sales professionals and drive performance and services excellence expectations • Develop predictable, repeatable, and scalable EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives • Align sales team objectives with business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, and resource planning • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships • Identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and present findings to leadership, and execute strategic projects to enable growth Requirements: • Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer, server, or hardware industry • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management-related field is a plus • Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies • Deep knowledge of server, storage, and management solutions, knowledge of cloud data centers, and the enterprise IT environment • Great leadership and strong ability to work with and manage people from different functions • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies • Great analytical skills in market and industry research Compensation: The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
