Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced VP, Sales to lead our EMEA sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, strategic relationship-building, and market opportunity identification.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance and services excellence expectations.
  3. Align sales team objectives with business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, and resource planning.
  4. Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships.
  5. Identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and present findings to leadership, and execute strategic projects to enable growth.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer, server, or hardware industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management related is a plus.
  3. Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies.
  4. Deep knowledge in server, storage, and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers, and the enterprise IT environment.
  5. Great leadership and strong ability to work with and manage people from different functions.
  6. Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  7. Great analytic skills in market and industry research.
