About the Company:Supermicro is a leading provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions for Data Center, Cloud Computing, Enterprise IT, Hadoop/ Big Data, Hyperscale, HPC and IoT/Embedded customers worldwide.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced VP, Sales to lead our EMEA sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, strategic relationship-building, and market opportunity identification.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute EMEA sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance and services excellence expectations.
- Align sales team objectives with business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, and resource planning.
- Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships with key stakeholders across targeted accounts to maximize effectiveness in driving short and long-term account growth and meaningful partnerships.
- Identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and present findings to leadership, and execute strategic projects to enable growth.
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the computer, server, or hardware industry.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management related is a plus.
- Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies.
- Deep knowledge in server, storage, and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers, and the enterprise IT environment.
- Great leadership and strong ability to work with and manage people from different functions.
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
- Great analytic skills in market and industry research.
