Job Title: EMEA Field Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Field Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan to drive business growth and revenue in EMEA
  • Manage and execute marketing programs, including localizing global campaigns and managing regionally led campaigns
  • Support the introduction of ABM & Targeted Marketing in EMEA, working closely with the regional sales team and marketing colleagues
  • Manage the budget and measure the success of marketing efforts, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team, regional BD and sales teams to ensure alignment and impact
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing experience with demonstrated success in the SaaS or software environment
  • Multi-disciplinary marketing experience, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Proven track record of directly correlating marketing impact on pipeline and revenue growth
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing external agencies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a tactical, hands-on approach to marketing execution
