Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the EMEA marketing plan to generate pipeline and support revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Events Manager, regional sales leads, and global marketing teams to drive campaigns that deliver results and enhance Intelex's brand awareness and market share in EHS in Europe.
  • Measure the progress and success of the marketing plan and report results to senior management.
  • Manage the budget and track results in line with regional targets, including lead creation, MQL conversion rates, and pipeline attainment.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, BDR, and sales teams to achieve results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing experience with demonstrated success in the SaaS or software environment and campaign management.
  • Multi-disciplinary marketing experience, fast learner, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience developing, executing, and managing webinars, online advertising, third-party programmes, sponsorships, target account marketing, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a tactical, hands-on approach to marketing execution.
  • Proven track record of correlating marketing impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
