Job Title: EMEA Field Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Field Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing programs, including localizing global campaigns and managing regionally led campaigns.
  • Support the introduction of ABM & Targeted Marketing in EMEA, working closely with the regional sales team, marketing colleagues, and agency partners.
  • Manage the budget and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team, regional BD and sales teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing experience with demonstrated success in the SaaS or software environment and campaign management.
  • Multi-disciplinary marketing experience, fast learner, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a tactical, hands-on approach to marketing execution.
  • Proven track record of directly correlating marketing impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (ideally Pardot and SFDC) to support demand generation efforts.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns - ideally PowerBI.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office once a week. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or experience is required.
