Job Title: EMEA Field Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Director to lead our EMEA marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Manage and execute marketing programs, localizing global campaigns and managing regionally led campaigns
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Events Manager, regional sales leads, and global marketing teams to drive campaigns that deliver results and enhance Intelex's brand awareness and market share in EHS in Europe
  • Measure the progress and success of the marketing plan and report results to senior management
  • Support the introduction of ABM & Targeted Marketing in EMEA, creating regionally specific, personalized, account-based marketing campaigns to engage accounts and uncover opportunities for the sales team
  • Manage the budget and measure everything, monitoring and refining marketing efforts to ensure alignment with the budget and track results in line with regional targets
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing experience with demonstrated success in the SaaS or software environment and campaign management
  • Multi-disciplinary marketing experience, fast learner, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience developing, executing, and managing webinars, online advertising, third-party programs, sponsorships, target account marketing, and direct marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing external agencies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a tactical, hands-on approach to marketing execution
  • Proven track record of correlating marketing impact on pipeline and revenue growth
