Job Title: EMEA Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EMEA Field Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support business objectives and drive revenue growth in the EMEA region.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including localizing global campaigns and managing regionally led campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team, marketing colleagues, and agency partners to develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and refine marketing efforts to ensure budget and results are aligned with regional targets.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders using Salesforce and PowerBI to gather and analyze data.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing experience with demonstrated success in the SaaS or software environment.
  • Multi-disciplinary marketing experience, fast learner, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong project management skills and experience, including managing external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a tactical, hands-on approach to marketing execution.
  • Proven track record of directly correlating marketing impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (ideally Pardot and SFDC) to support demand generation efforts.
