About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Standout Field Marketing. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing visibility of key Danone brands in store, building relationships with key contacts, and driving sales through displays and fixtures.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Danone brands in store, including Evian, Volvic, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel
- Build relationships with key contacts in store and work closely with retailers to drive sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase visibility and sales of Danone brands
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to the team
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements
- Experience in a field-based sales role, preferably in the supermarket retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key contacts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and drive
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and meet sales targets
- High levels of resilience and energy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
