Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, greeting clients and visitors to the office, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
  2. Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by enforcing access controls
  3. Supporting administrative tasks, including responding to phone calls and managing documents
  4. Providing excellent customer service and scheduling appointments

This role comes with a salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
