About the Role

Orega is a dynamic company looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days a week). As a key member of our Centre team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience.

Your main duties will include managing reception duties, handling front-of-house customer liaison, and communicating effectively between customers, suppliers, visitors, and internal staff.

In addition, you will be responsible for performing daily/weekly checks to maintain agreed standards, handling general filing, word processing, and administration tasks, participating in Centre tours, and supporting customers with setting up IT equipment and queries.
