Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Finance & Office Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract with potential extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, identifying development opportunities, and serving as the escalation point. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily purchase order (PO) and invoice processes, other financial transactions, supporting the management team with financial forecasting and budgeting, conducting financial analysis and cash flow forecasting, and collaborating with the off-site finance team to provide necessary information and analysis promptly.

About You: To be considered for this role, you will require a Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Commercialism, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in a similar role, including 1 year of supervisory experience; or 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 1 year of supervisory experience.

What We Offer: This position comes with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, including 26 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days with service), 9 bank holidays each year, free onsite parking, a generous company Sick Pay Scheme, and Life Assurance Cover.
