Job Title: Accountancy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Manager to join our team at Collaborative Care Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and well-being of our service users, as well as overseeing the financial management of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to ensure the financial stability of our service users
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of our team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including funding authorities and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Recruit and select new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the financial needs of our service users
  • Manage and develop the skills of our existing staff team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the financial needs of our service users
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, including budget reports and financial statements
  • Fulfill on-call duties on a rotational basis
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a managerial role within a care setting
  • Completed or be willing to complete Diploma Level 5
  • The ability to register with a regulatory body
