Renaissance Learning Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Assessment Account Management Team.
We are a leading provider of assessment technology to primary and secondary schools, promoting success amongst students of all ages and abilities through personalised assessment and practice in reading and maths.
Our software helps to enhance literacy and numeracy skills, support differentiated instruction, and personalise learning to optimise student development. With a global presence in 96 countries, we support over 18 million students worldwide.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Effectively managing sales leads, prioritising as required.
- Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining the renewals database and system processes, and providing feedback as appropriate.
- Identifying new opportunities and retaining and growing revenue in a cost-effective way.
- Forming effective relationships with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Operations departments, and other areas of the business.
We offer a competitive salary, plus the option to earn an extra £4,000 per annum in annual team sales bonuses. Based out of our Swindon Office, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
