About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at DP World. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that DP World's interests are protected and that agreements are mutually beneficial.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and account plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
