About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at DP World. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters
  • Build trust and long-lasting relationships with customers across multiple departments
  • Understand contract specifications and follow guidelines as indicated by the DP World customer interface
  • Support the preparation of pricing, cost estimates, and commercial documents
  • Defend pricing to internal staff and customers
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities and explore market needs

Requirements:

  • Bilingual with German language skills (B1 level and above)
  • Degree educated in related disciplines (Finance, Marketing, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management, including pricing templates and cost databases
  • Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry, services, and products
  • Effective interpersonal skills and proficient oral and written communication
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their requirements
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
