As a Receptionist and Event Coordinator at Sodexo, you will be the first point of contact for our corporate site, creating a positive impression and setting the tone for a productive day.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across the campus.
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and prioritizing a varied workload proactively.
  • Administering the booking process from request to execution, supporting customers and events, including meetings, conferences, and walking tours.
  • Maintaining site operations by managing meeting room technology, responding to customer queries, and supporting with reception and catering duties when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
