About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Hospitality Professional to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Catering team in providing exemplary care to patients by offering menu options, maintaining tidiness, and ensuring regular refreshments.
  • Maintain quality assurance and patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [insert experience] years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Care, Hospitality, or Retail industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and on your own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends, as required by the rota.
