Customer Service Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of our dealership and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner, providing them with a positive and professional experience.
  • Take phone calls and respond to customer queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Provide refreshments to customers and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and well-stocked.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
