Welcome to the AccorHotels team As our next Receptionist, you will be the face of Ibis Cambridge Central Station, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure that the service is handled very well
- Deliver an excellent service to our customers and ensure the quality of service is achieved
- Ensure the working areas are clean
- Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks, providing a response as soon as possible
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Listen to guests at all times, striving to answer all requests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided will win their loyalty to return to the hotel
- Have an impeccable attitude that conveys the image of the brand and hotel
- Be passionate about the success of the hotel
- Have attention to detail and quality
- Be willing to embrace changes
Requirements:
- Personality: Essential
- Experience: Essential in Reception
- Fast on your feet, quick to make friends
- Big on smiles, massive on quality
