Welcome to the AccorHotels team As our next Receptionist, you will be the face of Ibis Cambridge Central Station, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure that the service is handled very well
  • Deliver an excellent service to our customers and ensure the quality of service is achieved
  • Ensure the working areas are clean
  • Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks, providing a response as soon as possible
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Listen to guests at all times, striving to answer all requests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided will win their loyalty to return to the hotel
  • Have an impeccable attitude that conveys the image of the brand and hotel
  • Be passionate about the success of the hotel
  • Have attention to detail and quality
  • Be willing to embrace changes

Requirements:

  • Personality: Essential
  • Experience: Essential in Reception
  • Fast on your feet, quick to make friends
  • Big on smiles, massive on quality
