Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for extending a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Manage the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Impeccable attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
