We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Managing the front desk and ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
