Luxury Hotel Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Ibis Cambridge Central Station. If you have experience in reception and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, please read on.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional welcome experience for our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. This includes checking guests in and out of the hotel, handling any guest complaints or remarks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
As a key member of our team, you will also be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent guest service
- Provide information and assistance to guests as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a front desk or reception role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
