Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff to deliver high-quality service
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in room revenue control
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve front desk operations and maximize sales
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
