About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes, develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation, and contribute to the success of our hotel's culinary offering.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the head chef and sous chef to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and ideas.
  • Manage food costs and inventory.

Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
