Job Title: Accor Hotel Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Accor Hotel Team Member. As a key member of our cafe and restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

As an Accor Hotel Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Comply with food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • The right to work in the UK

Salary Estimate: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
