Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year

As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. You'll work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve our services.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, able to think critically, and has excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and are keen to take on new challenges, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve our services
  • Lead a team of Guest Services staff to ensure they meet their objectives
  • Assist in effectively running front office operations with a hands-on approach

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a similar Guest Services or Reception role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
