Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our front office team as a Hospitality Professional - Guest Services Specialist. This is a full-time employment opportunity with no remote work option.
About the Job
This role involves providing exceptional guest care from arrival to departure, ensuring high-quality services for guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling guest complaints and remarks, managing guest arrival and departure operations, and informing guests about stay formalities and services. Additional tasks involve handling phone calls, applying internal audit procedures, and sharing information with other departments and team members. The successful candidate will also maintain up-to-date guest documentation and handle reservations.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
