Night Shift Hospitality Professional

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Night Team Member to join our team at the Holiday Inn Cambridge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Manage guest requests, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain security and safety procedures during the night shift, performing regular security checks throughout the hotel.
  • Support Functions: Provide general support to hotel staff during the night shift, assist with maintenance or housekeeping tasks as required, set up meeting rooms and other areas, serve food and beverages to guests, check guests in and out, handle emergency situations, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night team member role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of safety and security procedures.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
