Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Cambridge.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional standards, leading by example, and ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel during night shifts, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

As a Night Manager, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of hotel operations, customer service, and staff management. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Salary and Benefits

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional standards and results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service
  • A valid DBS check
