Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the smooth operation of the front desk and ensuring that all hotel guests receive exceptional service. With a focus on delivering high-quality service, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless communication with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high standards of service
- Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Analyze rate variance reports to control room revenue and approve discounts
- Communicate effectively with guests, resolving issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent English language skills and ability to speak other languages an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
