Hospitality Services Manager

We are seeking a Hospitality Services Manager - Front Desk Lead to join our team at Krystle Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the front desk operation, ensuring that all guests receive a seamless, personalised, and memorable experience. This includes managing the front desk team, ensuring accurate and efficient room allocations, and recruiting, appointing, retaining, reviewing, identifying training needs, providing active support and development, and ensuring succession planning is in place.
The ideal candidate will have previous Front of House management experience from within a branded or corporate hotel, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional and personalised customer service. They will also have a proven track record of working with brand standards and processes, and be looking to move to a lifestyle property to add their own personality and flair.
