Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Manager to join our team at Krystle Recruitment Solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Front of House management professional to lead and manage a unique front of house operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lifestyle hotel based in Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience from within a branded/corporate hotel, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized customer service.

Key responsibilities include managing the Front of House team, ensuring brand standards are in place, recruiting and appointing staff, identifying training needs, and implementing upselling processes.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of success in Front of House management, with a strong understanding of brand standards and process.

Salary: £40,000 per annum. Benefits may include opportunities for career development and progression, as well as a comprehensive compensation package.
