About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at an independent living retirement complex in Cambridge. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager and deputising in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of all departments, including Health & Safety, the restaurant, and Spa.
  • Manage a small team, ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues while driving commercial best practice.
  • Internal audits have been successfully passed, and compliance requirements met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in hospitality or leisure management, with experience in customer service and business results.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and H&S is desirable.
