We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the customer journey, guaranteeing that every guest feels valued and satisfied with their visit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking accurate orders and collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery
  • Verifying payments and receipts for accuracy
  • Confidently recommending menu and drink options to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining high standards of service and reporting any incidents or concerns promptly
  • Serving as a supportive and proactive leader, guiding your team towards excellence

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous leadership experience within a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • A genuine passion for food, beer, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent teamwork and communication skills

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This remuneration reflects the demands of the position and your value to our team. We strive to create a positive work environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
