We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager Lead to join our team at The Tivoli, a premier hospitality venue in Cambridge. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for all patrons.

About The Role:
  • This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Supervisor at The Tivoli, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the management team to implement new ideas and initiatives that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operational procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, staff attendance, and inventory levels.
  3. Implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable).
