About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Weekend Care Lead. This is a critical role that requires the ability to manage patient flow and hospital coordination on weekends, ensuring the delivery of safe and timely patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations management, with experience in managing complex data and information, service improvement, and project management. Additionally, they will have demonstrated leadership skills, having directed senior clinical and non-clinical teams in achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage patient flow and hospital coordination on weekends

* Ensure the smooth delivery of safe and timely patient care

* Address any immediate issues that may arise during weekend shifts

Requirements:

* A degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare management)

* Proven experience in healthcare operations management

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
