Medical Assessment Team Coordinator

We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team as a Medical Assessment Team Coordinator. As a senior nursing professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading by example.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in acute medical nursing, complex discharge planning, and venepuncture/cannulation. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Current registration with the NMC as an adult nurse
