Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Team Lead to join our team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of medical professionals in providing high-quality patient care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the NMC as an adult nurse
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Practice assessor and supervisor qualification

You will also need to have experience in acute assessment unit management, with a strong background in patient care coordination and treatment planning.

We are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
