Medical Team Lead

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare provider in the region. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Nurse to join our team as a Medical Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the NMC as an adult nurse, evidence of continued professional development, and practice assessor and supervisor experience.
The estimated salary for this position is £39,027 - £57,118 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Maintain high standards of care, meeting national and local standards with regards to quality, safety, and length of stay within the unit.
- Coordinate a busy ward area while supporting a team, be highly motivated, and have a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient care.
- Lead and support the provision of safe, personalized, and effective patient care, working with the team to promote change and continue the development of the unit and staff.
