Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our technical team as a Biomedical Engineering Specialist. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative medical devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop medical devices using SolidWorks CAD software.
  • Conduct verification and validation tests to ensure device performance meets regulatory standards.
  • Document design processes, manufacturing procedures, and verification activities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as contract manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Support project managers in translating high-level plans into day-to-day project/product execution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong expertise in SolidWorks CAD and mechanical design principles.
  • Experience working within regulated industries, particularly medical devices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
