At Costello Medical, we're seeking an exceptional Medical Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your scientific expertise and communication skills to drive impactful projects that transform healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic communications plans to enhance client visibility and engagement in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including reports, presentations, and publications that effectively convey complex scientific information
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize data to inform project deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices for medical writing and communications
Costello Medical is a rapidly growing global healthcare agency specializing in medical communications, market access, and health economic and outcomes research. We work with a wide range of clients, including pharmaceutical and medical technology companies, patient groups, and charitable organizations.
Requirements- An undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent)
- Aptitude for planning and writing scientific documents, including lab reports, dissertations, and peer-reviewed publications
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
