About the Role:

As a Senior Hospitality Lead at Clayton Hotel Cambridge, you will be responsible for leading our Nights team to deliver exceptional standards. You will have a passion for guest and team safety.

We are looking for an individual with a strong leadership background who can motivate and guide the team to achieve high standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the Nights team to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
