Senior Living Team Lead - Barnet

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Living Team Lead to join our team in Barnet. As a key member of our senior living team, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to take on a leadership role and make a real impact in our community. You will be working closely with our hospitality team to develop menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality meals
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Food Hygiene certificate
  • Flexible approach to working

Salary and Benefits:

£98 per hour + comprehensive benefits package including free meals, contributory pension scheme, and more.
